Coming back to your question :
If you are able to get hold of your friend’s phone, then there is even a simpler way out.
Follow the below steps-1. All you need to do is open web.whatsapp.com
in your pc browser.
2. Then go to his/her Whatsapp messenger app > options > WhatsApp web.
3. Now scan the QR code which is being displayed in your pc screen and you are ready to go. You can now see all WhatsApp chats of your friend.
4. Do not forget to check ‘Keep me logged in‘ option for future usages.
Note: For this method to work, i.e., whenever you want to access your friend’s WhatsApp, his/her should be connected to working internet connection.
- Method. 2 By Using Target’s Phone
Step. 1 First of all, completely uninstalls WhatsApp from your phone.
Step. 2 Obtain someone else’s phone which you want to access.
Step. 3 And find the MAC address of that phone. It’ll be in six pairs like- 01:43:65:87:98:cb
For Android, go to Settings – About phone – Status – WI-Fi MAC address.
For iPhone, go to Settings – General – About – WI-Fi Address.
For Windows phone, find this in Settings – About – More info – MAC address.
For BlackBerry, go to Options – Device – Device and Status info – WLAN MAC.
For iPhone, go to Settings – General – About – WI-Fi Address.
For Windows phone, find this in Settings – About – More info – MAC address.
For BlackBerry, go to Options – Device – Device and Status info – WLAN MAC.
Step. 4 Now find your MAC address also and save both MAC addresses at any safe place.
Step. 5 Another step is install MAC spoofing apps for changing the MAC address of your phone. For iPhones install MacDaddy X or WifiSpoof. And for Android you can install some free apps like BusyBox and Terminal Emulator, which are available on google play store.
Step. 6 Now open app, in the terminal, type “IP link show” to see a list of interfaces. Identify the one that has your MAC address — for this example, we’ll use the eth0 interface. In the terminal emulator, enter “IP link set eth0 address XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX” and “ip link set eth0 broadcast XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX“, where eth0 is the interface you identified and XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX is your target’s MAC address. To check that you’ve successfully changed your MAC address, enter “iplink show eth0.”
Step. 7 Install WhatsApp on your phone but do not enter your phone number, enter your target’s phone number to set up WhatsApp rather than your own. Now catch the target’s phone second and last time for receiving whatsapp verification code, after getting that code, delete that message from the target’s mobile phone. Now all tasks have been done ENJOY!!
Step. 8 When you no longer need to access your target’s WhatsApp account, change your MAC address back to what it was. By following the same method as above.
It is for a rooted Android phone and having connected to the same WIFI network
WhatsAppSniffer is a tool for root terminals to read WhatsApp conversations of a WIFI network (Open, WEP, WPA/WPA2). It captures the conversations, pictures / videos and coordinates that are sent or received by an Android phone on the same WIFI network.
WhatsAppSniffer just uses the TCPDump program which reads all the WIFI network packets and filters those which has an origin or destination WhatsApp’s servers. All messages are in plain text, so it does not decrypt anything, complying fully with the legal terms of WhatsApp (3.C: “While we do not disallow the use of sniffers Such as Ethereal, tcpdump or HttpWatch in general, Any we do go efforts to disallow reverse-engineer our system, our protocols, or explore outside the boundaries of the ordinary requests made by clients WhatsApp …. “)
For WPA/WPA2 encrypted networks if uses the tool ARPSpoof (optional).”

Method. 4 – Using WhatsApp Spy Apps
This one method is the perfect in many other cases. Actually, it covers other activities also, like GPS tracking, password of lock screen, we can say about this app that it is the perfect app for monitoring others phone. There are many spy software for WhatsApp and other monitoring activities in the market.
- Open your computer and navigate to WhatsApp Web
- Now scan the QR and login
This way you'll be able to keep a track of all the conversation in real time. Since both the phone and computer are in sync, there should be an active Internet connection on the phone to access Whatsapp Web.
Feel free to ask any question. Cheers!
To correct Rohit Valecha, you not longer have to install any software to use WhatsApp on a computer, since WhatsApp is now desktop as well. You only have to go to WhatsApp Web and log in.
To answer your question, the only way of reading someone's WhatsApp messages on a computer is really to have the person's phone since you have to scan a code to be able to log in to their account. WhatsApp has no email/password system, so you need to detain the person's phone number and actual phone to be able to access their WhatsApp account.
Way:
1. uninstall whatsapp if you already have your account on it.
2. install whatsapp on your phone BUT give in the contact number of the target phone.
3. Get the message from the target phone, or hope the user of this phone clicks the link that comes along with the authorization code. (I have seen that whatsapp won't let you type the code manually, it's either auto-detected or you press the link with the text message).
4. From this moment on, you read the new messages that the target receives.
Why?
if curiosity, I already answered you. If you want to spy on someone, just listen to this:
1. If you need to know something about someone by not letting them know, you are not supposed to know.
2. If you were supposed to know, ask your doubts to the person in the question.
3. If you were supposed to know and you were lied to, you no longer are supposed to know.

DINKLE PICTURE SHARING PLATFORM WhatsApp might soon start sharing your personal datawith Facebook.
Facebook threw $19bn at WhatsApp in 2014, and not much has changed at the popular messaging service.
However, a conveniently hidden option in the latest WhatsApp for Android beta suggests that the service will soon share user datawith the social network "to improve [your] Facebook experiences".
This option to share data with Facebook was uncovered by Android developer Javier Santos using terminal commands, and he has published the findings on his Google+ page (below).
It's not yet clear what kind of information will be shared between WhatsApp and Facebook, but it will presumably include details such as your WhatsApp contacts list to make it easier to find friends on the social network, and vice versa.
Thankfully the new WhatsApp 'feature' appears to be disabled by default, according to Santos.
WhatsApp and Facebook have yet to comment.
This latest WhatsApp beta includes a new end-to-end encryption option that promises to make your message so secure that "WhatsApp and third parties can't see it". This is probably a bid to sweeten those now concerned about the security of their data.
There's also a new Documents section where you'll be able to find all of the files you receive from your WhatsApp contacts.
Coincidentally, of course, WhatsApp last week dropped its annual 69p subscription fee
, and will instead look tomake money by letting organisations talk to people in messages.
"For many years, we've asked some people to pay a fee for using WhatsApp after their first year. As we've grown, we've found that this approach hasn't worked well," said WhatsApp.
"Many WhatsApp users don't have a debit or credit card and they worried they'd lose access to their friends and family after their first year. So over the next several weeks, we'll remove fees from the different versions of our app and WhatsApp will no longer charge you for our service." µ
Hope this helps you. Enjoy and share this tool with friends !
